Our supper menus are based around the exceptional local produce, meat, fish, and other foods produced on the island and in Maine. That doesn’t mean we don’t use fabulous French chocolate or Parmesan Reggiano–it just means we celebrate what’s fresh and in season. Our menu changes all the time as inspiring ingredients come across our table, but you can always count on locally raised meats, island-farmed oysters, lamb and vegetables, and our own fresh-baked bread. We also believe in toasting this bounty with great wine and fresh, creative cocktails… cheers!
